In today's society,with the development of economy and the change of people's concept,human resources has become a strategic issue for the survival and development of enterprises.As the core content of human resource management,salary management determines whether the enterprise can attract talents,retain talents and give full scope to the talents,related to the management of various organizations,thus directly influencing the core competitiveness of enterprises.Effective compensation design is an important part of salary management.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable compensation system is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the long-term development of enterprises.Effective compensation design is an important part of salary management.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable compensation system is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the long-term development of enterprises.This paper designs five parts.Chapter one and chapter two illustrate the background,significance and relevant theories of the thesis..The research of these theories plays an important role in the analysis and optimization of the compensation system in the later chapters.Chapter three,chapter four and chapter five are the main parts of this thesis.Through the introduction of the basic salary of H company,comprehensive questionnaire and interview data analysis.the existing problems in the compensation system of H company are summarized.Aiming at the above problems,combining the theory of compensation and design theory,the principle and general idea of compensation design are determined.Daring to job analysis,job evaluation and a series of methods for the first time into the H company compensation system design,Through the redesign of post salary,performance salary and employee benefits,,compensation system for H company put forward the optimized design scheme,finally to ensure the implementation of a system of compensation optimization.This paper is a practice of the author's salary system design in H company,to promote the steady improvement of individual and group performance through a good salary system,improve the human resource management system of H company,and also hope to provide some reference for the compensation reform of similar enterprises..
