Research On Cost Control Of FD Real Estate Company ZT Project

China is in the period of economic reform and transformation,and the real estate industry has changed from seller's market to buyer's market since 2014.Most domestic real estate enterprises have limited capacity in risk management,which further aggravates the risk of real estate development projects.Obviously,the real estate only needs to raise the level of project management and control the development cost effectively,which is a necessary condition for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.In this paper,the actual process of the ZT project is analyzed and studied,and the specific cost control problems in different construction links are discussed in detail.The purpose is to put forward some valuable suggestions for the implementation of the project cost control.This paper focuses on the analysis of the cost control status of FD Real Estate Company's ZT project through the analysis of corresponding cost control theory.This paper mainly studies the different cost control problems and the corresponding reasons in the ZT project in the prophase design,the medium-term bidding and construction,the later acceptance and sales,and the application of the theoretical knowledge to analyze the shortcomings of the FD Real Estate Company in the construction of the ZT project,and form the concrete improvement ideas and countermeasures,and improve the research of the thesis.To provide some experience for the cost management of construction enterprises in the industry.
