Research On The Countermeasures Of Internal Control Of XY Shared Services Company From The Perspective Of Financial Management

Entering the new century,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Many enterprises begin to change from pursuing maximum profit to paying attention to management.As an important part of enterprise management,internal control management has risen to a new level.Under the background of gradual increase of marketization and the transformation of enterprise development,the traditional internal control management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise management and has restricted the development of enterprises to a certain extent.Optimizing internal control has been the most urgent need of enterprises.Only by changing the previous internal control management philosophy and improving internal control ideas and models can enterprises obtain more survival and development opportunities.The first chapter introduces the main research significance and research content of this paper.In the second chapter,the theoretical basis and important contents of shared service company,financial management and internal control are introduced.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of internal control of the investigated company.Then in the fourth chapter,status analysis,interviewing method and field research are combined to summarize four internal control problems affecting the realization of financial management goals,the cause of the problems are analyzed to put forward measures of optimizing internal control.This paper adopts case study method and research methods like interview investigation and field research.Taking a shared service subsidiary of an insurance group in China as its research object,this paper studies the internal control of business-assisted enterprises in China,analyzes the predicament of internal control affecting the realization of financial management goals,and provides corresponding solutions to optimize internal control to achieve the purpose of guiding the enterprises' practice of optimizing internal control.
