Research On The Internal Control Of The Financial Shared Service Center Of W Company

In the context of globalization,many group companies have achieved transnational and cross regional operations.The continuous expansion of the company has caused many problems,such as the increase of the company's financial cost,the low management efficiency and so on.In order to solve these problems in the business process,more and more companies have begun to introduce financial shared services with the help of ERP system,and the financial shared service center(FSSC)also has been set up in succession.Through the integration of the basic financial processes to reduce costs,improve efficiency,promote development,and strengthen management and control.The internal control construction of FSSC is directly related to the development of the company's business and the realization of the strategic objectives.If companies want to improve the internal control level of FSSC,on the one hand,we need to pay more attention to internal control.On the other hand,we need to refer to the theoretical research results related to internal control,and constantly improve their internal control system.In this paper,taking W company's financial shared service center as an example,combining with the theory of internal control and FSS,analyzed the internal control status of W company's FSSC as well as the main problems,and also put forward some suggestions for improving the internal control of W company's Financial Shared Service Center.On the one hand,hope it can make up for and improve the deficiencies in the research of FSSC internal control theoretical system both at home and abroad at the theoretical level,on the other hand,hope it can improve the internal control of Financial Shared Service Center and help them achieve better financial goals at the practical level.
