In order to improve the gross product of the enterprise and improve the profitability of the enterprise,it is necessary to design a reasonable performance appraisal system and define the ability requirements of the relevant positions in the enterprise.In the face of such a competitive market environment,enterprises can only adjust their performance appraisal rules according to the market,so as to be the core issue of the current enterprise human resource management.In order to comply with the rapid development of the market economy,human resources management is the key to the enterprise.How to improve the efficiency of the enterprise and do a good performance assessment of human resources is the most difficult problem for every company or enterprise.We can only design multi-dimensional performance appraisal system,formulate scientific performance management measures,and evaluate employees' performance comprehensively,so as to promote long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to carry out the design or construction of the performance appraisal system.This article through the literature consulting,questionnaire survey and field interviews,combing the current situation of performance appraisal of S company,analyzed the shortcomings,pointed out that the assessment system is not perfect,the performance evaluation index is complex and performance evaluation pertinence problems;suggestions from multiple dimensions from design thinking of the performance appraisal system of S company.The design includes employee behavior,employeecharacteristics and working results of three-dimensional multi dimension performance evaluation system,design of the multi dimension evaluation index quantification,the multidimensional performance appraisal system is applied to the S company.
