Design For Employees Performance Appraisal System Of JZ Airport

Performance appraisal, as an important part of business management, provides a real and reliable basis for human resource planning, development and management, profession cycle plan of employees and salary system. It is benefit to create a good cultural environment.This paper aims to design an employees' performance appraisal system of JZ airport. The main problems and defects in old performance appraisal system were found through investigations, information collecting and analysis. And we proposed some basic methods to improve the old performance appraisal system for employees in order to establish the new performance appraisal system for employees. For this purpose, firstly, the performance appraisal indexes project of JZ airport were put forward through the methods of KPI and tables, and the power of the indexes were designed by the method of experts estimation, and a set of qualitative and quantitative indexes system come into being, and an employees performance appraisal table was established. Secondly, the results of performance appraisal were confirmed with forcibly distribute methods, and it could be insure that the validity of performance appraisal system with designing the result feedback and applying of performance appraisal. Lastly, the implement measures to ensure operation the employees' performance appraisal system were proposed.The design idea and the index system of the performance appraisal system for employees have been adopted by JZ airport and have brought out expected effects. And the result of this paper is also useful for other airport enterprises in construction of performance appraisal system.
