With the continuous development of China's socialist market economy,the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous strengthening of world economic integration,inspection and testing as part of the market,it also gradually entered the fast lane of marketization and globalization.Third-party inspection and testing institutions will welcome new opportunities.opportunities will also be challenging.As a third-party inspection and testing institution,in the fierce market competition,how to optimize the marketing strategy,seize the commanding heights,expand the market share,improve the economic benefits of the company,become crucial.LD inspection and testing company is a professional engaged in food,textile,machinery,electrical,chemical mineral and other products safety,sanitation,environmental protection and quality inspection,LD inspection and testing company as a Third-party inspection and testing company,it also provide services for product certification,quality assurance and production process control technology consulting and so on.This paper takes the company's inspection and testing business as the research object,research on company marketing from the perspective of optimization of marketing strategy,in combination with the practical situation of the company,by using the basic model of marketing theory and analysis method,find out the main problems of company in the marketing strategy,and put forward the LD testing company marketing strategy optimization.Firstly,the macro environment of LD company was studied by using PEST model,and the industry environment of LD company was analyzed by using the porter five-force model.At the same time,we use SWOT analysis on LD company.Then,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company's business development,analyzes the marketing ability of LD company,and points out the problems existing in the marketing strategy before the optimization of LD company.And then considering the actual situation of LD company,in determining the basic principles and objectives of marketing strategy optimization of LD company,specific analysis is made on optimization of product strategy,price strategy,channel construction strategy,promotion strategy and big customer strategy for existing problems,formulate marketing strategy optimization plan for the company.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of guarantee system to promote the steady implementation of marketing strategy from the aspects of marketing team,customer service mechanism,company credibility and marketing information system.Through this paper research,expect for helping LD company's third-party testing business to exploit market,and through effective marketing strategy optimization,provide theory support for the sustainable development of the business,It also provides a case reference for the inspection and testing peer.
