In twenty-first Century,the pace of economic globalization is accelerating,and the time for the replacement of all kinds of technology is getting shorter and shorter.The market competition is becoming more and more intense and the demand of the market is changing.It seems that the competition between enterprises is the competition between technology and products on the surface,and the game between talents is indeed true.The number of high-quality talents is also a strong reflection of competitiveness of enterprises.It can be said whether attracting talents,retaining talents and excavating talents potential is an important driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises.On the contrary,a large number of brain drain will not only increase the cost of recruitment and training,but also lead to the loss of intangible assets and the efficiency of company's production and operation.Tong Da Industrial(Huizhou)Co.,Ltd.is a joint venture of the power parts manufacturing enterprises.2016,Tong industrial general staff turnover rate was as high as 68.36%,technical personnel loss rate was 38%.The massive turnover of employees brings great pressure to the production and operation of.enterprises.Tongda industry urgently needs to find a solution.Through interviews,questionnaires and acquisition of internal data from the company,this paper analyzes the high turnover rate of the company,and finds that the company's working environment,promotion and training,enterprise culture and many other aspects need to be improved.In order to effectively alleviate the production and management pressure caused by the employees,this paper,under the guidance of relevant literature and theory,combined with the advanced practice of excellent enterprises at home and abroad,takes the entry training as a breakthrough point,and puts forward a design training scheme based on the actual situation of Tong Da Industrial Co.,Ltd.The implementation of training results are evaluated by four steps of induction training program.This study provides guidance for Tongda industry to effectively organize new staff training,and the training program proposed in this paper can also provide some reference for other SMEs.
