In recent years,the vigorous development of market economy makes the competition between organizations more intense.The competition between organizations is actually the competition between people,and new employee training is the key factor for organizations to participate in competition.Scientific training can improve the work level of new employees,but also reduce organizational losses.This paper focuses on the new employee induction training project of the N branch of the People’s Bank of China.Literature research method is adopted to systematically comb out the theories and models as well as of the methods of new employee training,and the Solomon System training model is determined as the research framework of the new employee orientation training project of N Branch of The People’s Bank of China.The basic process of the study is to revise the training program from person-post matching and person-organization matching,and finally feedback the training evaluation results to the next training.In the research,through the investigation and interview to master the current situation and the problems of the bank’s new staff training,and analyzed the causes.Based on Goldstein’s training demand analysis theory and Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model,this paper designs an optimization scheme for the new employee training project of N Branch of People’s Bank of China.The optimization scheme includes accurate training needs,scientific planning of training plans,improvement of teaching implementation level,analysis and optimization of training evaluation and feedback.The research of this paper is expected to be helpful to the training of new staff of N Branch of the People’s Bank of China,improve the comprehensive quality and professional skills of the staff,and then help the local economic and financial development.
