Hunan Branch Of ICBC Branch Comprehensive Evaluation System Optimization Design

The major content of this research is about finding a proper grading system for the sub-braches of modern commercial banks.It is specially focused on how to design,build and apply such a reasonable system on the sub-branches of Hunan Branch,ICBC.In the recent years,social economy develops at an incredible speed,and the financial system improves itself rapidly.Hunan Brach of ICBC,of course,is facing increasing competitions in the financial market.How to implement a scientific grading system,which is reasonable enough to reflect the sub-branches' management and executive abilities,is with significant theoretical and practical meanings.This research analyzed the current sub-branch grading system of Hunan branch,ICBC.By finding its deficiencies,it tried to refine this system by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method.The research is composed by four parts:The first part summarized the related theories of commercial bank evaluation,and analyzed the relationship between grading system and performance evaluating system of sub-branches;the second part analyzed the current sub-branch grading system.By reviewing this grading system's developing path and the internal structure of ICBC,it pointed out some deficiencies of the current system;the third part used AHP as the foundational method,chose suitable indexes by discussions,and counted their weights in the system,based on questionnaire survey results;the forth part is a case analysis,it used the new grading system on a typical sub-branch of Hunan Branch,ICBC,to test this new system in a practical way.
