Now society has entered the stage of stable development, and the steady development of energy industry in the development of social stability plays an important role. HD fuel branch as an enterprise in the power generation industry, is also a part of the energy industry, the steady development of HD fuel branch and stable development of the energy industry also played an indispensable role. HD fuel branch as a member of the state-owned power companies, has a role, which forms a connecting link between the preceding and the role in promoting the stable development of regional economic development, and plays a promoting role in the development of the national economy. So, HD fuel branch implement performance evaluation is an important means of enterprise stable strategy, support the enterprises to realize strategy target.This article through to the HD fuel branch staff performance evaluation index system design, the design adopted the system analysis, literature survey method, case analysis, grey correlation method, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and so on a series of research methods, and combining the analysis of the present status of research on performance evaluation at home and abroad, and through the way of questionnaire to study the status quo of performance evaluation of HD fuel branch,find the existing problems in the performance evaluation of the company. To solve these problems and combining the development strategy of HD fuel branch- stability strategy and employees’ job to design the performance evaluation index system. The focus of this article is using the grey correlation method of performance evaluation of index screening, screening and stable strategy of the highest correlation index, and through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to the two types of staff appraisal dimensions and the weights of evaluation indicators were calculated, and combining the evaluation dimensions design of these two types of employees and objective performance evaluation index system of assessment. Results applications, throughbefore the implementation of performance evaluation index system of preparation and training, in order to ensure the HD fuel branch smooth implementation of performance evaluation index system, and realize the stability of the HD fuel branch strategy. |
