Study On The Relationship Of "Industry-city Synergy" In Panzhihua

In view of the situation of rapid urbanization and industrialization development in our country,how to handle the relationship between urban development and industry development is an important issue.Industry-city synergy contributes to the development of the city and industrial upgrade,with urban construction level and functional as the basis of industrial development,realizes the city and industry synchronization development,eventually realize the sustainable development of cities.Panzhihua is now in the period of urban transformation,industry-city synergy can help the industrial development of panzhihua city,improve its social service function and improve its urban construction.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant and collaborative research progress of city classic case analysis,in view of the industry-city synergy's connotation,pattern,evaluation and countermeasures research.Second,according to the city's night lights remote sensing data,combined with 1995,2000,2005,2010,2015 panzhihua city society,economy and other data,analysis of panzhihua city development results and development trend.Then in combination with the practical situation of study area,through the entropy value method to construct evaluation system of industry-city synergy to study the social and economic data to determine the weights,from industrial development level,urban construction level,urban social services and quality of life Finally,combining with the actual situation of panzhihua,the paper puts forward the coordinated development countermeasures from four aspects: industrial transformation,urban environment,traffic construction and supporting facilities.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the aspect of industry development in 2015,industry development in panzhihua has been mature,the scale of the industry and the industry gross is ideal,but the industry focus of panzhihua is still the second industry,and the second industry output value proportion is larger,the tertiary industry output value proportion is still small;In terms of social public and quality of life,panzhihua city as a whole tends to be good in 2015.In terms of urban construction,in 2015,overall urban construction development is good,the urban construction reached a certain level,but from the point of view of various factors,land for public facilities than 2015 declined compared to normal.(2)In general,the industry-city synergy of panzhihua city is basically growing steadily.According to the change diagram of synergism,it can be seen that 1995-2005 was in the separation stage,2005-2010 was in the grinding stage,and 2010-2015 was highly collaborative.The synergistic degree of industry and city and industrial development show a certain positive correlation.(3)After the evaluation of the coordination degree of panzhihua city,it can be seen that panzhihua city as a whole is in a steady development process.However,it is still necessary to adjust the industrial structure,vigorously develop the tertiary industry,develop the convalescent industry of panzhihua and the tourism industry.Adhere to the people-oriented and eco-oriented planning idea,improve the urban ecological environment,and create a livable and tourist-friendly urban environment;Adhere to the people-oriented planning concept,pay attention to the establishment of supporting facilities,enhance the comprehensive strength of the city;We will strengthen infrastructure construction in panzhihua,improve urban functions and build a modern city.
