As a modern human resources management tool,performance management runs through the whole process of enterprise management and occupies a central position in many areas of corporate development and is an important guarantee for enterprises to maintain lasting competitiveness.The survival and development of enterprises are inseparable from the scientific performance management system,but also rely on the normative assessment management.Especially in the age of the Internet,the organization of human resources is more complex,the business is changing more rapidly,and the popularization of mobile Internet has brought about human resources not only change but subversion.Compared with the corporate enterprise,the industry association has a relatively complex organization structure,and the performance management also shows a diversified and unmanageable phenomenon accordingly.The performance management reform of the industry association is imperative.This paper takes Computer Society as an example to analyze the status quo and existing problems of performance management in the industry society.With the aid of internet platform,the performance management system of computer society is optimized.This paper first analyzes the status quo and dynamics of performance management at home and abroad,studies the application of the Internet in the field of performance management,expounds the theory,assessment methods and concepts,connotation and characteristics of performance management,Theoretical and practical experience,this paper analyzes the status quo of the performance management system of computer society and summarizes the existing problems and causes,and fully illustrates the feasibility and necessity of the reform of performance management system of computer society.In the process of computer society performance management system design,literature review,questionnaire survey and individual interview method are mainly used to determine the design goals and overall train of thought of performance management system.Balance scorecard and key performance are used in the design of performance evaluation system Indicators of the two performance evaluation methods combined with the design,and planning design performance management information system,performance appraisal work "move”to the Internet.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management system,the performance management system was designed based on PDCA cycle theory and the security system was designed from four aspects:personnel,system,organization and information.Finally,through the analysis of the optimized performance management system,it further illustrates the necessity of the performance management reform of the computer society and the changes brought by the internet platform to the performance management system,and then provides reference experience for the performance management system transformation learned by the whole industry.
