With the booming of electronic commerce and online shopping,people began to choose express to buy fast.Express service industry began to develop rapidly,and then the business opportunities of domestic express industry have been greatly improved.Many private enterprises will turn their eyes to this industry and seize most of the market before most of them respond to this.and the competition between these enterprises is becoming more and more sharp with the development of the market.However,different from this is the prospect of the state-owned enterprises.the state-owned enterprises still maintain their original work mode.The delivery service efficiency is low.In the face of the competition of private enterprises,the market of the state-owned enterprises has gradually decreased and its competitiveness is far inferior to that of the private enterprise.Facing the gradual deterioration of the market environment,facing the private enterprises,how to improve their competitive ability,enhance their own competitive advantages and improve the quality of service has become an urgent problem for the postal enterprises to solve.Only by solving these problems can we create new vitality and hope for state-owned enterprises.Lanzhou postal company is also facing the same difficulties.With the widely used Internet plus people in daily life,Lanzhou post express business volume increased.The existing postal delivery network has seriously restricted the service capacity and service quality of postal delivery,hindering the development of postal service further.Therefore,solving these problems has become the urgent situation of Lanzhou post.After investigating the basic situation of the postal company,the author analyses the operation of the company and finds out a series of problems: the lack of overall planning of the delivery network,the instability of the construction of the delivery team,and the unscientific mode of the network of delivery networks.The analysis shows that the service consciousness and competitive consciousness of enterprises are weak,and the construction of delivery network lacks overall planning.The task that Lanzhou post should complete is to improve the quality of service and consolidate the construction of delivery network,and to optimize and improve the tedious service process of the state post at the present stage.This article will also study this issue from different aspects.On this basis,this paper adopts the literature method and interview method in the actual process of discussion.And after doing a lot of field investigation and research,it focuses on the research on the optimization scheme of the delivery network operation process.First,the optimization idea is clearly optimized.And the next,the optimization scheme is formulated.Finally,the safeguard measures are put forward.In this paper,the author combines the actual situation with the theoretical knowledge,and puts forward 6 specific optimization schemes.That is to integrate the organizational structure,match the business type,optimize the business process,optimize the processing center,adjust the operation mode and improve the information system.At the same time,there are 4 safeguard measures: strengthening the management and control of human resources.We should strengthen enterprise service consciousness,improve quality management and strengthen information system construction.Through the whole construction network,this article will solve the present situation of the low competitiveness of the post company,improve its service quality,and promote the rapid development of the post company.
