| In recent years,high-tech electronics manufacturing industry of our country is confronted with very big competing stress,coupled with increasingly complex domestic and foreign market environment with internal competition.The costs of production and talents were rose and diversified demands of customer for quality.The change of enterprise management is imminent.Therefore,only by selecting new growth points and using innovations on management thinking and methods to reduce the costs.Of course it is necessary that we should improve the quality of the product and respond to change the demands of customer.At the same time,the company has been subjected to homogenization of indiscriminate competition and decreased in the product defects.In order to solve the problems in these companies quickly and with high quality,the application of Lean Six Sigma is necessary and imperative.In this paper,after summarizing and analyzing the theoretical system and tools of Lean Six Sigma,an improved implementation plan for SMT through the rate of A product based on Lean Six Sigma was proposed.Firstly,in the definition phase,the program looked forward to the CTQ and determined the scope and targets of the improvement;In the measurement phase,the Y measurement system and process capability were analyzed;In the analysis phase,the C&E matrix analysis and FMEA analysis are used to screen out the major impact factors that which were affected;Then,during the improvement phase,the lean methods were used to rapidly improve the simple and common influencing factors.The multivariate analysis and DOE were used to obtain the best situation for the complex factors.As we all know,establish a control plan and conduct a standardization are necessary to F company.Finally,summarized the application steps of Lean Six Sigma in high-tech electronics manufacturing industry on product improvement.It is very significance for the similar companies to implement the Lean Six Sigma methods in the future. |
