Modern enterprises are facing fierce market competition.One of the important factors for the survival and development of enterprises is the construction of internal talent team.The talent cultivation mode of large-scale enterprise is different from medium-scale enterprise,as a leading enterprise in the industry,large-scale enterprise must rely more on the strength of the enterprise itself in cultivating talent.Therefore,more and more enterprises start to pay attention to the training work whilst pay more attention to the construction of the internal trainer team,moreover,which gradually forms a hot topic in the current professional field of training management.The construction of trainer team has become an important part of the enterprise's development and competition.The excellent team of trainers,which can maximize the potential of employees,is one of the most important ways for the cultivating of talents.Internal trainer team of large-scale enterprise is a community that needs to be constrcuted through systematic human resources amangement methods,rather than a natural mature community.This article mainly takes YT enterprise as the research object,which in-depth demonstrates the history and current status of YT enterpirse's internal trainer management system,and the following outstanding issues: lack of system planning,unreasonable talent selection procedures and standards,single training mode,and evaluation mechanism missing or ineffective,lack of incentive effect,and unsound protection mechanisms.The trainer management system is an important part of the overall training system.The construction of the trainer management system will firstly support the achievement of training effectiveness.Secondly,for the trainer himself,it is also an important safeguard factor for the development of his career.This article systematically reviews the current situation of YT's trainers management system whilst analyzes the main causes of the above major issues.Combining the basic theoretical framework of “talent selection,talent application,talent cultivation,talent retention and talent mobility” in human resource management,and the competency model and motivation theory,the basic ideas and methods for the construction of YT's internal trainer management system are proposed.The internal trainers management system should be based on scientific planning,and gradually improve the strengh of basic theoretical framework whilst equip the corresponding protection mechanisms.
