Internet promotion is one of the main methods in the corporate marketing in recent years.In the Internet promotion industry,Internet companies are the business entities.Most of them will set up agents in the major cities.In order to increase the market share,the business entities will focus on improving the operational capability of the agents.Because agents distributed throughout the country,it will be a higher cost to training all the agents by the trainers of the manufacturer.In order to improve the efficiency of training,reduce the labor costs,set up the agent training system become the most important link in the agent construction.Therefore,how to use the construction of the training system and the training resources of the agents to improve the overall quality of the agents,it is the business entities focus point.Due to the characteristics of Internet marketing and business development,the Internet products updates very quickly.The products life cycle is shorter relative to traditional industry products.So for the agents,the training speed and quality of the products knowledge and sales skills will directly affect the marketing covers and performance completion.Also directly determine the market's influence and control.Therefore,a fast response,quickly landing agent training system,is quite important for internet promotion companies and agents.360 Internet promotion,which is also known as 360 Search,is the main profit product to "Qihoo 360".360 Search is currently close to 35% of the market share in China(Annual Report 2016 data).It is ranked second in the market currently,just behind Baidu promotion.360 Search entered the market for a short time.The selection and development of the agents are started from 2014.At present,it is an important stage of the expansion of the market scale.But we faced with the lack of product knowledge and sales skills in agents.This leads to 360 Search market share is difficult to increase.This problem is mainly due to the low response rate and the lack of training ability to the agents.In view of this,this paper takes all the agents of the "Qihoo 360" company as the research objects.In combination with the practical situation of the agents,analysis the problem of the agent training system with the training system research both domestic and overseas.It includes the learning organization,training development steps and process,the principle of training,training effect evaluation and the training system set up.At the same time,we use the data analysis,questionnaire and interview to do some statistical analysis and inspection.Based on the analysis results,the main reasons are: the training courses do not meet the trainees` demands,trainer's ability is insufficient,lack of the training management measures,lack of training effect evaluation and coaching.According to the cause analysis the reasons with the problems in the agent training system,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the agent training system and provide reference for enterprises to enhance their training ability.
