Research On Material Inventory Management Of SH Company

Multi-variety small batch production pattern helps to meet the market demand diversification trend,but under the conditions of unstable customer demand,short customer demand period and long purchase period,the use of irrational stocks to meet delivery is often associated with backlogs,At the same time,there is also the problem of insufficient stock,which can not be delivered,which affects the economic efficiency of the enterprise.SH Company is a typical multi-variety small and medium-sized manufacturer,whose main product is electronic accelerator pedal.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of stock of raw materials,inventory age and general problems of SH company,and analyzes the reasons of overstock and shortage of raw materials from five aspects:organizational management structure,basic data management,sales cycle forecast,sales season and off-season supply and demand balance mechanism,and supplier management.Secondly,the top design of inventory management is based on the principle of practicality,supply chain management and enterprise operation management system,and the basic ideas,principles and expected goals of inventory management are put forward.A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods has been adopted to formulate integrated and systematic solutions in terms of organizational structure reconstruction,statistics and formulation of materials in advance,classification of materials in advance,production cycle formulation,strengthening of forecasting management,assessment methods for the formulation of sales forecasting accuracy,establishment of a cycle balance mechanism,strengthening of supplier management and realization of joint supplier management inventory.Finally,the implementation process and its impact from June 2017 to December 2017 are presented on a programmatic basis.
