Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Financial Sharing Center Of Z Group Under The Background Of Cloud Computing

In 2013,China's Ministry of Finance issued the "Enterprise Accounting Information Work Norms".It stipulates that "the large number of branches and subsidiaries,the widely distribution of large enterprises and group companies should explore the use of information technology to promote the focus of accounting work and then it will establish the financial shared service center gradually".This system indicates the direction of financial transformation and upgrading of group enterprises in the background of "internet plus".And it sets off the wave of financial shared service center.However,the construction of China's financial shared services is still in its infancy,and the theory and practice are not mature enough,such as:fuzzy understanding of the scope and function of financial shared service center,Therefore,it is of great value to study the construction of financial shared service center of the group enterprises in our country combining with the background of the times.It is of great practical significance to promote the optimization and upgrading of China's group enterprise finance under the new normal conditions,and accelerate the structural reform of the financial supply-side,and improve the level of financial and information management.Firstly,this paper proposes the literature arrangement of shared services at home and abroad.This paper systematically summarizes the connotation and characteristics of financial shared service and the difference between traditional centralized accounting and the financial shared service,combined with economics and management theory to analyze the financial shared services.Secondly,this paper deeply discusses the present situation,the necessity,the feasibility,the elements of implementation and the purpose of the construction of our country's financial shared service information technology is the technology platform of financial sharing.Finally,we combine the use of financial shared service theory with case of Z Construction Corporation Limited.It is of great practical value to put forward the measures of financial sharing service.Finally,we can have a vision of financial shared services future and information integration and its development in China.
