Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Urban-rural Integration Of Danzhou City

Under the background of economy entering new normal and deeping reform in China,Party and the state should firmly march on the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and strive to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The report of the 18th Party Congress pointed out that solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the top priority of the whole party work.The development of urban-rural integration is the fundamental way to solve the issues of agriculture,rural development and rural esidents.Since the construction of Hainan Special Economic Zone,environmental resources is the most important factor for the development of the urban-rural economy and society.Hainan has made great achievements in social and economic development because of adhering to comprehensive,coordinated,sustainable development.With "Hainan international tourism island" becoming the national strategy and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" being built,the urbanization of Hainan has entered a new stage of high-speed development.The paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter introduces the status of urban-rural development theory.The second chapter introduces the domestic and foreign scholars and scholars on the theory of urban-rural relations,as well as different times Western scholars have the characteristics of urban-rural relations theory and the integration of urban and rural areas of the relevant theoretical results.The third chapter introduces the strategic prospect of urban-rural integration.The fourth,fifth and sixth chapters mainly introduce the present situation,the results,the problems of the process of urban-rural integration of Danzhou and the causes and related countermeasures.The seventh chapter mainly points out the problems and solutions compared with other provinces in the process of urban-rural integration in Danzhou.In order to complete urban-rural integration,we will implement a new type of people-centered urbanization,address the bifurcation between urban and rural areas,and grant urban-residency in an orderly manner to rural people who have moved to cities,narrow urban-rural and regional development gaps,become Hainan to a holiday paradise of Chinese and foreign tourists and a happy home.
