| In the eighteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,we have further clarified the time of building a well-off society in an all-round way,that is,in 2020,we will achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and encourage competent provinces and cities to take the lead in achieving this goal.In the nineteen major events held in October 2017,Xi Jinping proposed that from the current to 2020,the key period for building a well-off society in an all-round way.We must actively respond to the call of the party,carrying out a comprehensive well-off society in the guidance of policy,the main contradiction of contemporary society oriented,adhere to the five in one construction,to ensure that the economy,society,politics,culture and ecological civilization construction can go hand in hand.On this basis,should also pay close attention to key,actively enhance the short board,will focus on the precise poverty,pollution prevention,continue to promote innovation driven development strategy,regional development strategy,the Rural Revitalization Strategy,sustainable development strategy,the development of civil military integration strategy,invigorating the country strategy,talent strategy.By the comprehensive well-off society.Hainan is the only tropical province in China.Agriculture is the basic industry,pillar industry and dominant industry of Hainan's economy.The rural population is large.In 2016,the total population of the province was 9 million 170 thousand,of which 6 million 182 thousand and 400 were agricultural population,accounting for 67.41%of the total population.Therefore,in 2020,whether the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way can be successfully completed,the most important thing is to accelerate the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way in rural areas.In order to understand the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way in rural areas of Hainan,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the well-off society in rural areas of the province.This paper,based on the theoretical level,systematically combs the existing research achievements on the well-off society at home and abroad.On this basis,we focus on Hainan Province,optimize the evaluation index of the well-off society in the rural areas,and scientifically select the five aspects of the political,economic,cultural,social and environmental aspects of 20 points.To analyze the situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the province.This paper evaluates the process of comprehensive well-off society in rural areas in Hainan for 2012-2016 years,and forecasts the completion of a well-off society in 2017-2020 years,and explores the reasonable path of building a well-off society in the rural areas of Hainan province.In the period of "13th Five-Year",it provides a better service for the concept of "development results shared by the people",and provides the basis and support for the completion of a high level of well-off society in 2020.The results show that five aspects of economic development indicators have increased rapidly and have reached the target value of the standard of well-off society.The short board of rural well-off construction in Hainan is the rural environment and social development,especially the proportion of the labor force in the first industry,the number of practicing physicians per thousand rural population,the average education years of the rural population,and the rural residents.The four indicators,such as the educational entertainment and the application of chemical fertilizer,are far from the target value,which is the difficult point for building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the future development,we should promote the adjustment of industrial structure,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and advocate green agriculture,so as to speed up the construction of a well-off society in rural areas in Hainan. |
