The well-off society in an all-round way implies that theachievement of development and reformation can really benefit the all Chinesepopulation and that the economic culture, the society civilization, the resources andenvironment, etc. can be comprehensively developed.The evaluation of policy implementation has always been an important platewhich decides how to make the follow-up policies. The questions of how to realize theidea of building a well-off society in an all-round way, how to get the concept ofsustainable development to implement on the road to building a well-off society in anall-round way, how to evaluate the realization degree of the well-off society, how toestablish corresponding construction plan are not only concerned by the policymakerbut also the historical responsibility of the science and technology workers. There aremany related research. But people are most likely to adopt the comprehensive analysismethod, judge by experience or analyze the relationship of index systems subjectivelyfrom the direction of economics to analyze the result. On the whole, rigorousmathematical thinking and statistical analysis are lacked. Due to the lack of systematicscientific analysis, evaluation and the data-thinking analysis, the guiding function ofbuilding a well-off society in an all-round way will be limited heavily. Therefore, thethesis, based on the study of other domestic reference, focused on how to analyze theevaluation result of the realization degree of the well-off society in an all-round wayscientifically, used the comprehensive analysis method, case analysis method, principalcomponent analysis method and the clustering analysis methods integrally to analyzethe realization degree of the well-off society in an all-round way of the west area andChongqing, and evaluated objectively the realization degree of the well-off society in anall-round way of the study area. The aim is to explore the insufficiencies to build thewell-off society in an all-round way, analyze the reason of the occurrence of these weak links and offer corresponding reference comments to reach the goal to offer policyrecommendations based on data for Chongqing and other regions.
