| The 18 th National Congress proposed that “to make sure to realize the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020” in November 2012.Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is a necessary development stage of China's modernization,and also an important development strategy of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,China's construction of the moderately prosperous society in all respects has a solid material foundation,institutional guarantee and power of the people's livelihood,but it still faced with problems such as unbalanced development,incongruity and increasingly strengthened constraints of resource and environment.The period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan is the decisive stage in finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It is an important question to study how to narrow the regional development gap,realize the leap-forward development and build a moderately prosperous society in the same way for Anhui province.This paper analyzes the development level of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the law of spatial evolution in Anhui province through comprehensive index method and ESDA model.Then it uses BP neural networks method to predict the development trend of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province.It uses panel regression model to explore the influencing mechanism of the development level of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province.Finally,it put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui.This paper analyzes the development status of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province from 2005 to 2015.The analysis result shows that the development level of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province have keep rising,but the level of economic development subsystem is low,which has been affected the further improvement of the moderately prosperous society in all respects.What's more,only Hefei,Huangshan,Tongling,Wuhu's level of the moderately prosperous society in all respects is higher than the average level of Anhui province.Fuyang,Bozhou,Suzhou and Huainan have lower development level of moderately prosperous society in all respects,and these cities need to accelerate development speed.At the same time,there is a significant spatial positive correlation between the level of moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province,and the level of moderately prosperous society in all respects in southern Anhui province is generally higher than everywhere else.Besides,the forecast result of Anhui province from 2017 to 2020 shows that we can attain the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects in provinces by 2020.In view of the unbalanced development of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the development level of the moderately prosperous society in all respects based on the logical relationship between the evaluation indexes of the moderately prosperous society in all respects.The study found that the industrial structure,investment and market all have effect on the level of the moderately prosperous society in all respects of Anhui province.According to the analysis results,the market has the strongest effect,and the impact of industrial structure and investment separated two and three.However,government support is not obvious to the improvement of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui at this stage.Therefore,the development level of the moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui is mainly influenced by the endogenous forces,such as consumption,industrial development and fixed asset investment and so on.Finally,based on the results of the above research,this paper puts forward the ideas and policy suggestions to promote the construction of moderately prosperous society in all respects in Anhui province.In addition,these suggestions include advancing industrial structure adjustment,introducing the market mechanism,improving the level of opening-up and promoting regional development in a coordinated way. |
