| The world has entered the era of service economy,and the development of manufacturing is an important indicator of the comprehensive economic strength and international competitiveness of a country or region.The timely and appropriate changes of manufacturing play a crucial role in the development of the national economy and the manufacturing industry itself.Manufacturing servitization is one of the important trends of the development of manufacturing.With the economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition,striving to promote the process of manufacturing servitization is very important to enhance the level of the development of manufacturing,speed up the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure,and even improve the overall competitiveness of a country.The realization of manufacturing servitization mainly depends on the value co-creation,and it needs key support conditions such as product advantages,basic resources of customers,management capabilities of changing,information network and big data capabilities to implement manufacturing servitization.This thesis attempts to classify the models of manufacturing servitization and investigate the mechanisms of its evolution based on value co-creation perspective at this situation.The paper is divided into five chapters.To begin with,the background and significance of the research are introduced and the achievements of manufacturing servitization and value co-creation from domestic and foreign are analyzed,and some researches of patterns and paths about manufacturing servitization have already existed;In addition,the concept,meaning and characteristics of the manufacturing,manufacturing servitization,value co-creation and the value co-creation of manufacturing servitization are defined.Based on this foundation,by using value co-creation perspective,and according to the realistic cases and research theories from domestic and foreign,the typical models of manufacturing servitization are divided into Product extension servitization,Product enhance servitization,Leading products servitization,Business units servitization and Core competence servitization.Then it analyzes the patterns in the realistic cases to verify its effectiveness and feasibility;what's more,according to the different categories and depths of servitization activities among different modes of manufacturing enterprises,the evolution mechanism of manufacturing servitization at value co-creation perspective are analyzed from three aspects: paths,elements and implementation conditions.At last,all researches are summarized.The conclusions are drawn as follow: 1)Manufacturing servitization includes five typical patterns,admit occur in products level,business units level and enterprise level.2)The typical patterns of manufacturing servitization have a tendency from primary to advanced.3)The evolution process of manufacturing servitization needs distinctive advantages of products,basic resources of customers,management capabilities of organizational changes,information networks and big data capabilities as supports.This research provides a reference for manufacturing companies to find suitable models for their own development at the background of economic globalization and information globalization.The main innovations of this thesis includes: Models of manufacturing servitization are classified in the perspective of value co-creation.The evolution mechanism of the development of manufacturing servitization is explained in detail. |
