| Manufacturing industry plays an important role in China’s economic development,but it still faces some problems such as low profit level and low added value.In order to get rid of the low-end predicament of the value chain,increase the proportion of service business income,and accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power,the servitization transformation of the manufacturing industry is imminent.Due to the limitations of the internal resources and capabilities of manufacturing enterprises,and the complex and changeable external environment,manufacturing enterprises are facing great challenges in their servitization transformation.However,with the development of the internet of everything and the digital economy,the boundaries of various entities are increasingly blurred.More and more manufacturing enterprises take advantage of the opportunities of the times to build a business ecosystem with subjects and customers in various fields,and form a value network through factor flow,interactive cooperation,and resource integration to jointly create value for the realization of servitization transformation.Consequently,from the perspective of business ecosystem,obtaining the mechanism and creating the value of joint service between production companies and various institutions in the business ecosystem has theoretical and practical value,aiming at the outstanding problems of low added value of products and services,limited resources in the servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the review of internal and external researches,this arrival describes in general and in detail the components,methods and results obtained from building the service value of manufacturing companies from the perspective of the business ecosystem,with a view to laying a foundation for later research;Second,the qualitative research method of grounded theory is adopted to identify the driving factors of manufacturing enterprises’ servitization value co-creation under the business ecosystem,specifically including interest and value orientation,resource and capacity orientation,policy orientation,market orientation and ecological orientation,and the impact of each driving factor and their interaction are analyzed emphatically;Third,the process of servitization value co-creation is divided into three stages,namely,value consensus,value coexistence and win-win value,the characteristics of these deferent states and the main content of behavioral activities are legislated with insistence,and appropriate models are used to reveal the servitization value co-creation behavior of each stage,and a process model is built;Finally,according to the driving factors and process of servitization value co-creation of manufacturing enterprises under the business ecosystem,the performance evaluation index system of servitization value co-creation is constructed.Use the three-stage DEA model and the data of listed companies to evaluate the performance of servitization value co-creation,and propose measures to improve the performance of servitization value co-creation from the perspective of manufacturing enterprises according to the empirical results.It provides practical guidance for improving the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises,accelerating the transformation of manufacturing enterprises into servitization enterprises,and achieving high-quality development of manufacturing industry. |
