Research On Industrial 4.0 Maturity Model Of Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of the economy in China,technological innovation is increasingly becoming an important driving force for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.How to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises,to ensure the sustainable and stable development of China's enterprises,enterprises in developed countries to catch up with the only way which must be passed,and form the core competitiveness of enterprises,promote the construction of our country has become innovative of great significance.The paper suggests that the technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprise evaluation and positioning has very important significance.The enterprise only know the status of their technological innovation ability and shortcomings,in order to have a focus,improve and enhance the pertinence,technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises based on the maturity model is the design in this situation.This paper first analyzes the related theory of knowledge and technology innovation capability and maturity model,and then the technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises whether can use the maturity model or not is discussed.At last,by analying the necessity and feasibility of constructing technological innovation capability maturity model of the manufacturing enterprises to enhance the ability of technological innovation is necessary and feasible.Then,this paper made a key analysis on the construction of the model:(1)It summarizes the model of the three basic elements,namely the maturity level,evaluation methods and the assessment proces.It is established based on the technological innovation capability maturity model of the manufacturing enterprises,manufacturing enterprises enhance technological innovation process divided into five levels,respectively,for the initial level,reusable level,defined level,management level and optimization level,and key process areas and practices of the various levels of construction;(2)It based on the evaluation factors,through the questionnaire,it was carried out to set their weights,and the research shows that enterprises and the use of mathematical methods.The evaluation method of technological innovation capability maturity;(3)Then it analyzed the determination method of technological innovation ability improvement sequenceFinally,the technological innovation capability maturity model application method was studied,to determine the evaluation process and key practices for each grade are explained.
