Research On Supervision Of Export Food Safety In Heilongjiang Province

Food safety is the foundation of human survival and development,and relates our national stability.Food safety issue is growing with economic development.A food safety incident is not only a threat to the people's life safety and property,but also a harmful influence to the society.With the development of the globalization of trade,food safety issue has become a worldwide concern.As China is the first food trade superpower of the world,insurance the export food safety can not only make protect the export trade in our country,but also improve the competitive position of Chinese food in international market.The thesis takes the status quo of supervision on export food safety in Heilongjiang province as research object,and finds problems in supervision on export food safety in Heilongjiang province by questionnaire on status quo of export food production enterprises in Heilongjiang province and analyze on supervision on export food safety.The author discusses food safety supervision model domestic and overseas from a different perspective,and takes food safety supervision experience and ideas of advanced country as reference.Combined with the author's practical experience and the implementation of new laws and regulations,the author offers proposal which is strengthening the construction of export food enterprises themselves,improving the export food safety supervision system and innovating inspection and quarantine supervision mechanism.The proposal ensures the healthy development of Heilongjiang's export food trade and improves the competitive position of Heilongjiang food in international market.The research studies for the Heilongjiang export food safety supervision theory and practice.
