Study On The Planning Of A Special Tourist Town In Jiejinkou In Tongjiang City

Since 2016,when the state issued many calls for the construction of featured towns,characteristic towns have become a hot spot for local investment and construction,and they have gradually developed into another new type of carrier for accelerating the process of rural urbanization.Through the interpretation of the relevant documents of the National Development Committee,characteristic small cities and characteristic small towns belong to the characteristic small(city)town category.The difference is that characteristic small cities and towns generally refer to established towns where population and economic development have scale,and innovative development of characteristic and advantageous industries.And the development of featured towns to a certain extent pays more attention to the cultivation of new and special industries and the accumulation of industrial development factors.Therefore,the characteristics of the platform effect should be more prominent in characteristic towns,and it is no longer necessary to rigidly adhere to the concept of traditionally established towns.In recent years,as a typical representative of the creation of featured towns,tourism towns have rapidly set off a construction boom in the country.The Jiejinkou area of Tongjiang City is one of the six minorities of the Hezhen ethnic group in China.It has a unique natural landscape and folk tourism resources.However,due to its location in the border region of northeastern China,economic and social development is still lagging behind.The development of related industries is slow,and tourism contributes little to the local economy.Therefore,on the basis of summing up the advantages of the local resources,planning to create a special tourist town will undoubtedly become the best choice for the local development of the folk tourism industry and the promotion of industrial transformation and economic development.This article focuses on the local tourism industry and the backwardness of economic development,as well as local unique natural landscapes and folklore tourism.It is located in the largest settlement of the Hezhe,one of the six ethnic minorities in the northeast of China.Resources were digging deep and scientifically summarized.At the same time,based on the successful experience of the construction of existing tourism towns at home and abroad,based on the current expanding consumer demand in the domestic tourism market and the government's policy orientation on vigorously promoting the construction of featured towns,the Tongjiang Street was specifically proposed.The planning scheme for the special tourist town in Jinkou explores the cultivation path for the local tourism industry chain.It is hoped that with the study of this article,in the foreseeable future,it will help boost the upgrading of tourism industry and the development of urbanization in Tongjiang City.Through the creation of characteristic tourism towns and the establishment of characteristic tourism brands,the booming of modern service industries,the enhancement of regional trade and business dynamism,and economic development provide endogenous driving forces to help Hezhe compatriots emerge from poverty and backward development as soon as possible.
