And so there have obvious differences on industry and space development in urban and rural areas. The increasing gap will seriously hinder our construction of harmonious society and our goals of the well-off society and common prosperity. Urban and rural harmonious will be the inevitable choice of the future of China’s urban development.At the same time, our country’s tourism town development is limited in "resource driven" development in a long-term which just pay attention to scenic spot construction, and ignore the coordinated development of the city and tourism. This mode restrain the tourism industry’s promoting function, and make tourist city development underpowered; And on the other hand, because of the blindly pursuit of modernization, some valuable historical blocks with tourist resources constantly be replaced by modern skyscrapers, causing the loss of urban culture and tourism basement’s damage.On the face of the double needs that tourist city resolves its own problems and promotes the development of urban and rural areas, this article, based on the tourist city, on the basis of equality in urban and rural areas, take " city led country " model of development, to promote the travel industry to rural diffusion and secondary concentration, to drive industrial integration, and to realize the urban and rural development though the extensive relevance of tourism industry.After summarize and estimate the related theories of urban-rural and tourist town development home and abroad, this article place particular emphasis on dynamical mechanism of urban-rural harmonious and tourist town development, and research two kinds of interaction mechanisms, and then puts forward tourism town development mechanism based on urban-rural harmonious, and come up with its development goals: ecological tourist town and sustainable tourism town.
