Research On The Influence Of Human Capital On Migrant Workers' Urban Integration

With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the scale of migrant workers in cities has been continuously expanding,but for a long time they have been difficult to return to rural areas or enter cities,and they are at the junction of rural and urban areas.As a result,the integration of urban migrant workers has become increasingly apparent.The migrant workers' own comprehensive level is the key to the integration of their cities.This has aroused the attention of the society and the general concern of the academic community.Based on this situation,the impact of human capital on the integration of migrant workers' cities in this paper is worth exploring.This paper uses exploratory factor analysis and multivariate linear regression methods to describe 472 rural migrant workers as a descriptive statistical analysis of the status of peasant workers' power capital and urban integration,and clarifies the mechanism of human capital's integration into agricultural and industrial cities.Through the establishment of an econometric model,the impact of human capital on the integration of migrant workers' cities was analyzed.Based on the research,the results show that the education level of migrant workers has a significant impact on cultural integration and economic integration;work experience,job training and health status have a significant impact on urban integration.From the analysis of research data,we can see that the current level of China's peasant workers' power capital is low;in order to speed up the integration of migrant workers' cities,promote the sustainable development of China's human capital factors,and accelerate the upgrading of the capital level of peasant workers,the following suggestions are proposed.First,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of basic education in rural areas and enhance the overall education level of migrant workers groups.Second,to perfect a vocational education and training system to enhance the professional and technical capabilities of migrant workers.Third,improving the medical security system for migrant workers and enhancing the health status of migrant workers.
