Study On The Influence Of Rural Labor Transfer On Agricultural Economic Income In Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of industrialization in modern society,the proportion of rural labor force has been decreasing continuously.China is a big agricultural country,and it is changing to the mode of industrial big country.How to effectively and continuously speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor force is an important issue of this paper.China's rapid economic development and labor transfer in urgent need of developing countries during this period,characteristics of rural labor transfer shows there are two main aspects:one is the rural labor force in the mobile industry,is to change from the first industry to other industries;on the other hand is moving the rural labor force in China,is from the economy underdeveloped areas to move to more developed regions.Jiangxi province is an important agricultural province in the middle of China.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,the agricultural production in Jiangxi has made great contributions to the national food security.From the last century since 90s,especially after 2006,with a nationwide upsurge of migrant workers,Jiangxi province has become an important rural central region pulling power transfer rural labor exporting provinces,the number of output is increasing year by year.However,after the transfer of rural labor force,the agricultural production and agricultural economic growth in Jiangxi province have not been significantly affected.This shows that the transfer of rural labor force plays a catalytic role in agricultural economic growth.This research adopts the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the comprehensive analysis of China and Jiangxi Province in recent years,based on the basic situation of rural labor transfer,the use of agricultural production function model,using 2006-2015 "statistical yearbook of Jiangxi province" in the related data about the transfer of agricultural economy and the rural labor force,the regression analysis,with the help of Eveiws6.0 software,cointegration analysis,Granger test,reveals the influence of the variables and the relationship between fertilizer effect,and rural labor consumption,agricultural mechanization and other factors of the effective transfer has the same effect,will increase the total agricultural output value,agricultural output also can increase the unit of land;Jiangxi province local rural labor transfer number the adjustment effect is stronger on the rural productivity,the income gap between urban and rural areas of Jiangxi province is the result of the transfer of rural labor force in the province As a result,the rural labor force has gained the direct effect of increasing income.According to the empirical analysis results,this study proposes cooperative should focus on the transfer of rural labor and agricultural production,and suggestions to guide the rural labor force transfer to the Midwest and local towns,and continuously improve the overall efficiency of agricultural production,to enhance the quality of rural labor force,perfect system and fast transfer of the rural labor force,to support and encourage migrant workers entrepreneurship,vigorously promote the development of modern agriculture,accelerate the development of local labor intensive industries.
