Input Optimization And Policy Enlightenment For Chinese Cotton Element Base On DEA Model

China is the largest producer and consumer of cotton,and cotton production has an important role in the development of the national economy,and it's about the overall layout of agriculture,the economic development of the cotton area and the earnings of farmers.However,the production cost of cotton has continued to rise in recent years,the price of cotton market is unstable,high quality cotton supply is tight,and low quality cotton is overstocked.The import dependence of cotton is high.On May 16,2016,President Xi Jinping pointed out at the 13 th meeting that the main focus of supply-side structural reform was to "reduce the supply of ineffective supplies,increase the efficient supply,and increase the adaptability of the supply structure to the demand structure." To boost cotton supply side structural reform,not only for national science of the cotton production and trade policy has important significance,but also help establish new cotton production space structure and the national sustainable cotton production,cotton his balance and stable development of textile industry,has great significance.In this background,this paper select optimized to Chinese cotton inputs to basic assumptions,selected the 12 Chinese cotton in2006-2016 data as the foundation,the origin of inputs from input and output leads to two dimensions of DEA analysis method,to the empirical estimates around input-output redundancy,cotton and various cotton production scale,the changes of remuneration structure rationality,explore the inputs and to measure the economic benefits of the optimized affecting cotton production efficiency and economic benefit,the cause of the optimization formulation for cotton inputs are proposed.The conclusion of this paper mainly includes six aspects: first,the production scale of cotton production is dynamic;Second,the redundancy of cotton production situation around the significant difference;Third,from two dimensions of input and output together,excessive phenomenon appears more cotton production inputs;In the fourth,there are significant differences in the number of different inputs in the cotton production,and there are significant differences in relaxation;Fifth,cotton production and cotton yield and cotton crop yield in cotton production are "double-edged sword";Sixth,the optimization of elements can reduce cotton production costs and conserveresources,making the cotton industry healthy and sustainable.Therefore,it is critical to optimize the production of cotton production,and it is only to be sure that the cotton elements of the cotton are in order to adjust the direction and prioritize,so that the cotton production policy is to be introduced on the basis of actual needs.According to the research conclusion of this paper,specific Suggestions are as follows:first,to further improve the cotton production support policies;Second,we should formulate regional input plans according to local conditions,accelerate the production of cotton production in a moderate scale,and promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side.Third,relying on science and technology of cotton production to reduce costs,improve efficiency and comprehensive production capacity of cotton production.Fourthly,we should build an efficient green production mode and promote the continuous and healthy production of cotton.
