With the rapid development of modern technology,such as big data,cloud computing,mobile interconnection,and the influence of global economic integration,enterprise groups face more intense competition.By establishing financial shared service centers,we realize the innovation of the financial management model of enterprise groups.It reorganized the organization and optimized the process,and realized centralized and unified financial transactions,to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and reduce the cost and risk.It also supports the strategic management and improves economic and expansion ability for the development of enterprise groups.The construction of Financial Sharing Service Center is recognized and implemented by more and more enterprise groups.After nearly forty years of development,Shenzhen Huaqiang group has become a large investment holding group with the development of multi industry and multi region.With the development of the company,the scope,radius and level of management are increasing,and the difficulty of management becomes larger.It brings about the consequence that the management efficiency is low,the financial information is poor,and the management of risk and money is hard.It is an important task for Shenzhen Huaqiang group to build and operate a financial shared service center,deepen the integration of the resources of the group,reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the group,and improve the overall management and control of the group.Through the study and analysis of the construction process of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Huaqiang group,this paper analyzes its practical experience,summarizes the key links and problems of the project construction planning,the implementation and operation of the project,evaluates the effect of the construction and operation,and puts forward the optimization suggestions for the problems found,which are beneficial to the Huaqiang group.The continuous improvement of the Financial Sharing Service Center improves the financial management level of enterprises,and provides reference for other enterprisesThis article is divided into six parts.The first part mainly expounds the.research background,significance and research ideas of this paper.The second part introduces the concept,development,characteristics and patterns of financial shared services,and make the theory of scale economy,process reengineering and shared economic as the theoretical support of this study.The third part analyzes the essential of financial shared service center according to the external environment and the internal needs of the company.The fourth part is to analyze the key contents of the construction and operation management of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Huaqiang group from three aspects:project construction,operation management and effect evaluation,including the implementation of the fine management of the process,the innovation of the operation management system,the improvement of the means of information support,and the final realization of business and wealth.The fifth part puts forward the optimization suggestions on the problems existing in the operation process of the Financial Sharing Service Center,including the overall planning,the reasonable prediction of the risk,the improvement of the financial sharing service center system and the implementation,and-the improvement of the performance management system.Finally,the future of the financial sharing service is prospected.
