Cultural industry bases on the production and delivery of Spiritual products as the main activities and meets the cultural needs of the people as a target. Cultural industry refers to the creation and sale of cultural, including literary and artistic creation, music, photography, dance, industrial design and architecture in the narrow sense.The continuous progress of science and technology makes a boost for the development of cultural industries. Cultural and creative with the integration of scientific and technological innovation is another upgrade of the cultural industry development mode. With the promulgation and implementation of the "Outline of the national culture, science and technology innovation project", culture, science and technology which are increasingly concerned will become one of the important growth points of China’s cultural industry development.Huaqiang Culture Technology Group has played a guiding role In many cultural industry companies, which successfully carried out the integration of culture, science and technology and accumulated significant development experience.In this paper, we study the development process of the strategic transformation of Huaqiang Group and analyze Huaqiang culture, science and technology Group strategic transformation mode. We also study how to integrate culture and technological innovation together and how to manage brand better to develop their own technological and cultural products.
