| Nowadays,the international competition environment is becoming more and more complex,and innovation has become the main driving force for the sustainable development of various countries,and it is also the strategic support of China's modernization economic system.If enterprises make no attempt to make progress,they will be easily eliminated by the market.Therefore,the choice of innovative development strategy is very important for enterprises.the single technical ability cannot meet the growth needs of the enterprise,and the technology diversification strategy becomes the enterprise's choice.However,in fact,the results that enterprises adopt the technology diversification strategy are not identical,and the academic research is not consistent.Therefore,this research focuses on how the enterprise technology diversification strategy plays a role in enterprise innovation.Previous research has focused on the role of enterprise technology diversification to the innovation performance of enterprises,as well as the mediating and moderating mechanism.However,it ignores the specific influence of the types of technological diversification on enterprise binary innovation.Therefore,this study divided the technology diversification into related technology diversification and unrelated technology diversification,the enterprise innovation is divided into two kinds of incremental innovation and radical innovation,in order to investigate the specific relationship between them,and whether there is any difference between these relationships.In this paper,102 high-technology enterprises listed in Shanghai and shenzhen that are part of "computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing" were selected as research samples,and the patent data of 2014-2016 was collected.The entropy method is used to measure the level of technological diversification,the level of related technology diversification and the level of unrelated technology diversification.We Use patent applications to measure enterprise innovation performance,Use utility patent applications 9to measure radical innovation,Use the sum of Utility Model and design Patent Applications to measure incremental innovation.Using the stata11.0 software,the relationship between the technological diversification and the binary innovation of China's high-tech enterprises was empirically tested by using the generalized linear stochastic effect model.The results show that:(1)the related technological diversification has a positive impact on enterp rise innovation,radical innovation and incremental innovation.(2)the unrelated technological diversification also has positive promotion effect on enterprise innovation,radical innovation and incremental innovation.(3)compared with the unrelated technology diversification,related technological diversification has a stronger positive impact on enterprise innovation,radical innovation and incremental innovation. |
