Human resources are the most important resources. If we want to put the resources into enterprise value, we must rely on the perfect incentive mechanism of enterprises. S-o in a sense, the quality of staff incentives means the enterprise’s survival and develop-ment.LX is an enterprise mainly casting industry enterprise. Enterprise leader devote himself into turning LX into an excellent enterprise. LX is in the development stage now. The organization structure of LX changes frequently. It is not completely stable. It has big difference between staff qualifications, background or work ability. Therefore, LX is facing with how to motivate employees to enhance the strength of enterprises.LX has carried out the corresponding incentive mechanism, but there are still a series of problems. Such as, the salary system lack of strategic plan. Performance appraisals focus on form and the lack of feedback. Training is not targeted. The enterprise culture is still a slogan. The series of problems have play to hinder the potential of the staff and hindered the forward pace of LX.This paper mainly includes four parts. The first part is about the advanced incentive theory from domestic and foreign. The second section describes the present situation of LX. The third part makes a deep analysis of the current incentive mechanism of LX. The forth part puts forward a new incentive mechanism for LX from four aspects. The first aspect is about the salary incentive mechanism. The second part is the enterprise performance assessment incentive mechanism. The third section is about the staff development incentive mechanism. The forth part is about the enterprise culture incentive mechanism. The leaders should recognize the incentive effect and adhere to the promotion of enterprise culture. The fifth part is about the post incentive system.The new incentive mechanism will play a guiding rode for LX.
