Research On Planning And Construction Of Rural Complex Of Taiping Town In Shuangliu District

Under the background of the development of new urbanization and the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China,the traditional agricultural and rural development thinking has been unable to meet the growing demand for material and culture and the demand of regional economic development.The simple agricultural industrial park development model can not adapt to the related industrial upgrading and overall development under the new situation.It is required that the idyllic complex is based on a wide range of points,and is based on agriculture for the development of the industry.It is suitable for the characteristics of rural residents' local urbanization,and has become one of the better innovative modes.But the construction of the pastoral complex is still in the primary stage,whether it is theory or practice.How to use the existing theory to guide the planning and construction of the garden complex in Taiping town of Chengdu double flow area is a practical and strong research topic.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the relationship between the pastoral complex and the modern farm,the Chinese characteristic town,the leisure agriculture and the rural tourism on the basis of the analysis of the related research at home and abroad,and analyzes the similarities and differences between the concepts in theory.Well,guide the theoretical research and concrete practice of the rural complex.Based on the construction practice of pastoral complex in China,this paper analyzes the typical cases of the construction of the pastoral complex,according to the theory of the construction of the garden complex,and puts forward the ideas of the development model of the idyllic complex and the industrial development model,and summarizes the mode of investment and management and operation management for the sustainable development of the garden complex.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper studies the planning and construction of the idyllic complex in Taiping Town,Shuangliu District,which is of certain reference to the development and research of the future pastoral complex.
