The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Rail Transit Management In Suzhou

With the development of economy and city urbanization,the traffic problems have become increasingly prominent,but the traditional method of public transport has been unable to meet the travel needs of residents.So at this point,urban rail transit has developed rapidly,then the planning and construction of rail transit project in Suzhou will be launched in a timely manner.The development of Suzhou rail transit has played an obvious role in the convenience of residents' travel,relieving traffic pressure,promoting economic development and stimulating the development of real estate.This paper applies the relevant theories of public administration,from the perspective of urban rail transit management in a broad sense,concretely combines the management status of urban rail transit in Suzhou,studies the management of the planning,construction,operation,security,finance and the others,determines the subject and the content of management,and analyzes the problems and causes in the management.In view of the problems in the management of urban rail transit in Suzhou,this paper thinks that the regulations of Suzhou Urban Rail Transit can be perfected by refining the regulatory framework and redefining the implementation of the power of administrative punishment.By strengthening the executive power and using various forms to disseminate the idea of civilized passenger traffic,so as to strengthen the implementation of the regulations on Suzhou Urban Rail Transit.Use the experience of the integrated development model of the station city,to complete the systematic planning and management,then to strengthen the management of the planning and construction.With the goal of the public transportation leading by the rail transit,we should innovate operation management mode,think about the management of the guiding signs,the good communication with the passengers,the regulation of the behavior of the staff,the way to control the phenomenon of enjoying the cool inside the station and so on.Reduce the cost through multiple angles,increase the income in many aspects,take the way of saving the capital management.By perfecting the staffing,pay attention to the training and introduction of professional talents and strengthen the construction of the professional personnel of rail transportation management.During the period,the government should play the main role of urban rail transit management,strengthen and improve the problems in the management process in the aspects of laws and regulations implementation,planning and construction management,operation management and so on,in order to promote the long-term development of urban rail transit in Suzhou.
