Research On Food Safety Supervision And Countermeasures In Suzhou New District

In 2014,the revision of the new food safety law,the implementation of the new food safety law in 2015,the 2015 Food Safety Supervision Bureau merged with the market supervisory authority,and this series of policy changes all indicates that our food safety supervision is moving towards a new stage.Although in the national legislation on food safety issues for more stringent regulation,more severely punish violations of food safety,increase consumer confidence in food safety,but at present our country food security environment is not optimistic,all kinds of food problems have been exposed,the non-compliance of the catering business blossom everywhere,serious harm the public health.Food safety problems,largely because of food safety supervision system is not perfect,too,organization construction is not mature,hardware facilities can not keep are caused by China's market supervision department "of the food safety supervision.This paper uses the literature research method,fully study the domestic and foreign advanced theories and the development of China's food safety legislation in the various provisions,find out the shortage of our current food safety system from the system theory;advanced system and the case of the United States and Japan with the case research method for the analysis,looking for food security strategy Chinese the development of;with comparative analysis method to improve the food safety supervision work put forward the proposal.Firstly,starting from the definition of food safety and the definition of government regulation,we use information asymmetry theory and holistic governance theory to further analyze the changes made in China's food safety supervision in recent years.High tech Zone in Suzhou food safety supervision work practice,based on the general situation and current situation,problems and causes of food safety supervision,the experience and Enlightenment of developedcountries and put forward the perfect path of several aspects,this paper focuses on how to develop the district level food safety supervision work,and put forward reasonable suggestions.
