In the new era,competition among enterprises is more than economic competition.Talent is the commanding height of competition.For a modern enterprise,good staff quality and superior work performance can help the company gain a dominant position in the fierce market.Therefore,if companies want to be invincible,they must attach great importance to the cultivation and use of talents.However,there are growing uncertainties in the human resources environment.The floating of talents among enterprises has increased,and large cities,in particular,tend to attract more and more talents.Therefore,enterprises in small and medium-sized city must improve their human resource incentives in order to achieve a stable talent pool,realize the promotion of talents to the company,and maximize the contribution of employees.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to study the incentive mechanism of R company in small and medium-sized cities.Based in a small city,R company plays an important role in the local medical field.Relying on its own research&development and group technology support,it has obtained good economic benefits in the local market.However,its human resource management needs to be improved.By referring to related research results by scholars at home and abroad,this paper briefly introduces the basic theory of incentive mechanism and elaborates on R company current employees incentive,including pay incentives and promotion incentives,honor and welfare incentive;then the problems of incentive mechanism of R company will be analyzed.It is found that R company focused on economic incentives and ignored systematic and reasonable spirit incentives;in addition,relevant institutional guarantee and cultural environment are missing.Finally,based on the analysis of above results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve R company incentive mechanism:first,build a reasonable economic incentive mechanism;second,establish scientific performance evaluation system;third,create a positive corporate culture;fourth,guide employees of self motivation.
