Research On The Development Of Rural Brokers In Tangyin County

At present,structural contradictions have become the main contradiction in rural society in China.Both oversupply and supply shortages exist at the same time.The main aspect of contradictions is on the supply side.Therefore,how to effectively promote the improvement of agricultural production methods,rural resource allocation,rural market vitality,and farmers' income has become the focus of agricultural and rural development.Rural brokers engage in intermediaries or agencies and collect certain commissions.Through linking different aspects of agricultural production activities and promoting agricultural transactions,they are called “bridges between farmers and markets” and have added momentum to rural economic activities.This article first summarizes the theories related to rural brokers,including commodity circulation theory,rural intermediary organization theory,transaction cost theory,principal-agent theory,and information asymmetry theory.On this basis,the rural brokers in Tangyin County were investigated and researched.The development status,achievements and existing problems of the rural brokers in Tangyin County were analyzed.The development trend of the brokers was forecasted.In order to solve the problems existing in the development of rural brokers in Tangyin county,on the basis of consulting literature,collecting data,and investigating and researching,drawing on the experience of foreign excellent intermediary organizations and combining with the reality of the region,relevant suggestions were made for these issues.To provide reference for the development of rural brokers in Tangyin County.The development of rural brokers in Tangyin County is a prominent issue.Various types of brokers,such as individual brokers,farmers' professional cooperatives,and agricultural companies,adopt field surveys,literature research methods,and normative analysis methods to analyze the status of rural brokers in the county.Development trends and problems in development were analyzed,and related suggestions were then put forward: to improve the brokerage activity policy environment,increase the degree of organization,increase the degree of informationization,and strengthen the training of rural brokers' overall quality.It is hoped that through these measures,the team of rural brokers in Tangyin County will develop more scientifically and play a more distinctive role.
