Study On The Optimization Of The Profit Model Of Youon Company

In recent years,the state's encouragement and support for the public bicycle industry has been increasing,and the concept of people's green travel and energy conservation and environmental protection has been gradually strengthened,which has led to the rapid development of the whole public bicycle industry,especially no pile sharing bicycle.As an important part of urban slow and shared public transportation system,public bicycle have played an important role in solving the congestion,and also solved the need of people to travel short distance.Youon company aims to use the Internet of things to promote and popularize the concept of green travel by means of mobile Internet,online payment and big data analysis.This paper selects one of the public bicycle industry leaders,youon company,to analyze its profit model from profit target,profit point,profit source,profit measure and profit barrier,and finds out the problems existing in its profit model,and puts forward optimization suggestions.I hope that it is a good job to perfect their profit models for youon company and the other public bicycle enterprises.At present,in the domestic public bicycle enterprises,youon company is the only listed company,and the development momentum is better.Therefore,this paper selects the representative youon company to analyze its profit model.This paper adopts to literature analysis and case analysis.Firstly,it introduces the research background of this case and puts forward the significance of this research.Based on the reading and understanding of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,this paper briefly introduces the origin,definition,classification and the constituent elements of the profit model.Secondly,it analyzes the industry background of youon company,the development course of the company and its main products and services,and then analyzes the company's financial situation according to the actual situation of youon company.Thirdly,this paper introduces the profit model of the public bicycle industry,then analyzes the profit model of youon company from the constituent elements of the profit model,and summarizes the problems and reasons existing in the current profit model of youon company.Finally,based on summarizing theproblems and reasons existing in the profit model,this paper puts forward some targeted optimization suggestions,and also gives inspiration for the whole public bicycle industry to optimize profit models.
