| Along with the rapid development of social economy,construction projects built in recent years need a growing number of incremental construction land.This situation causes the existence of large amount of unused rural construction sites,which is a severe restriction of the protection of land factor to economy development.The problem between the government's demand of construction land and the large amount of unused rural construction sites is becoming more and more critical.Laws and regulations of the punishment of wasting construction land appears to be harsher since China is paying more attention to the unused land problem.The traditional industrial economy stimulates consumption by production.High consumption brings high energy consumption and high pollution.It has caused great burden to the environment.People gradually realize the importance of environmental protection,and begin to use idle resources and save production.At the same time,with the development of mobile Internet technology,and the combination of large data,cloud computing,intelligent terminal and other technologies,the new business model of "shared economy" has begun to rise.The acceleration of the process of urbanization and the development of the automobile industry have brought great changes to the travel structure of the residents in our country.The appearance of the car has enriched the travel choice of the users,and the emergence of the shared bicycle has solved the pain point of the "last kilometre" of the user,and the sharing of travel has become the leading sheep in the shared economic field.However,behind the rapid rise of shared travel businesses,there are lots of venture capital and financing.In order to seize the opportunity to seize the market,these enterprises have invested a great deal of capital,manpower and material resources.When the huge expenses can come to an end,the huge losses are filled,and how these enterprises will eventually achieve profit,these issues are all the topics that are not often worth studying in the current academic field.This paper mainly introduces the related concepts of sharing economy,sharing trip industry,sharing single car,O2 O business model and profit model.Based on the theory of shared economic business model and O2 O business model theory,the profit model of sharing single carand the profit model of sharing single car and other sharing travel enterprises are introduced.On the basis of this,we make a profit scenario analysis for shared bicycles.In addition,this paper also carries out a specific case analysis of ofo shared bicycle,Yonganxing and bluegogo,which are more representative of the shared bicycles.From the course of its development,the advantages and disadvantages are summed up and many profit points are excavated.At the same time,from the specific case analysis,it is concluded that the shared bicycle industry is facing the current situation.The main risks and problems,and according to the current environment,put forward solutions,give suggestions,so as to predict the future profit trend of shared bicycle industry.Through the deep analysis and research comparison,it is found that the profit of sharing the single car is mainly based on attracting the users to seize the market.Through the multi channel management and development model,a comprehensive profit model is formed.In this multi-channel and comprehensive profit model,the key to profit creation is the user and the basic operating platform.At the same time,the sharing of travel enterprises can also supplement the revenue,the financing income,the foreign investment,the large data operation,the value-added services and other channels to expand their own profit path.At present,there are many problems in sharing the single car industry,including the risk and policy risk of the industry development that can not reach the expected standard.The sharing of travel industry and the whole shared economic field should draw lessons from experience,learn lessons,gain profit and avoid harm,thus gain profit. |
