Research On Performance Evaluation Of Youon Based On Balanced Scorecard

The development of the public bicycle industry in China is not long,and enterprises are highly dependent on policy guidance and government investment.In recent years,the problems caused by the lag of industry standards have gradually become more prominent.The adjustment and innovation of management mode and operation mechanism of public bicycle enterprises.As a result,the traditional performance appraisal and evaluation system showed obvious incompatibility and could not meet the requirements of enterprise development.This article takes this as a research background,selects the current representative enterprise in China's public bicycle industry,Youon,as the research object,combines the actual development situation of the enterprise and strategic development needs,establishes a performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard,and combines the specific research materials discussed the necessity of Youon's performance management and strategic development,and the feasibility of enterprises in practical application.This article first sorts out and summarizes the previous research results,systematically summarizes the related theories and methods of the balanced scorecard,key performance indicator method and AHP;then uses SWOT to specifically analyze the internal and external environment of Youon and clarify its future development strategy;followed by the balanced scorecard theory as a guide,designed the company's strategic map;and then established the key factors for performance evaluation with Youon from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,and learning and growth.The corresponding evaluation indicators are selected,and a performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard is constructed.In addition,this article obtained the relevant data of Youon through surveys and interviews in 2018,and used the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system as a performance analysis and management tool to more quickly and accurately identify the current business problems of the enterprise and propose to promote the realization of the strategic goals of Youon.Finally,it analyzes the deficiencies in the process of establishing and applying the balanced scorecard mentioned above,and put forward specific safeguard measures for strengthening the implementation of the performance evaluation work of the Youon's balanced scorecard.
