What the organization has to do is to stimulate and release the inherent potential of human beings and create value.Nowadays,we are in the era of internet economy,the era that regards people as tools to complete work is slowly fading away,the creativity shown by people in coping with changes has created great value for enterprises and is the key element of enterprise development.However,the creation and creativity of people are greatly influenced by their own subjective factors.Therefore,individuals should maintain a positive mood conducive to bringing innovation into play so that employees can gain self-esteem in their work.Enterprises should motivate and activate employees,and create a comfortable working environment for employees.To motivate employees in different ways with different purposes will bring different effects.If only the employees are regarded as the means and tools for the organization to achieve its goals,then the organization cannot form a real destiny community with the employees.Only when organizations change their concepts,attach importance to talents,respect talents,and make both sides strive for common goals can they realize long-term development.This paper studies the demand of SQ company employees and the current employee incentive system,based on the research and study of incentive theory,through questionnaire survey of SQ company employees,we can understand the current status of SQ company employees' incentive system and analyze the factors of SQ company employees' incentive demand.At the same time,based on the actual situation of SQ company,the current incentive system is analyzed,the incentive system of SQ company's employees is improved and safeguard measures are put forward.It can effectively improve the current incentive status of the company's employees and enable them to release more potential.The research of this article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly describing the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research summary,as well as the main content and research methods of this article.The second part is related basic theories,mainly introducing basic concepts and related incentive theories.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of SQ company's employee motivation,it mainly introduces the general situation of SQ company,the questionnaire survey and statistics of SQ company's employee motivation,the shortcomings of SQ company's existing employee motivation system,and analyzes the reasons for its formation.The fourth part is to formulate the improvement principles and ideas of the employee incentive system,and to improve the employee incentive system of SQ company.The fifth part is aimed at improving the employee incentive system,making the safeguard measures of the company's employee incentive system to ensure the smooth implementation of the employee incentive system.The sixth part is the conclusion of the study. |
