Constructing a scientific and effective incentive mechanism helps enterprises to attract talents and stimulate their potential.This paper conducts in-depth research and analysis of Heze TH Group and proposes targeted solutions,and optimizes existing incentive plans based on management theory.The overall ideas and principles for the improvement of the company's incentive plan were proposed to improve the company's attractiveness to talents and employee loyalty.This has important implications for the company's improvement of human resource management and the development of the company.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and practical research methods.Firstly,we review domestic and foreign related literature,understand the definition and concept of incentive mechanism,and then focus on the required theory of this article.We mainly introduce the basic theory of incentive mechanism,and the main use of this paper.Maslow's demand theory,fairness theory and two-factor theory.Then the questionnaires and interview outlines were developed for the actual situation of the TH Group.Pressure questionnaires,work motivation questionnaires,and job satisfaction questionnaires were designed.Maslow's Demand Theory and Adams's Fairness Theory were used to analyze the survey data.Based on the interviews with departmental employees,we learned that there are many shortcomings in the current incentives of the TH Group,including the lack of competitiveness in the demand compensation and benefits system,the lack of impartiality in the assessment and promotion system,and the lack of attractiveness of the company's soft environment;The reasons for these deficiencies are manifold.To put it simply,the first is that the company's management lacks an incentive concept and its thinking is outdated;the company's personnel resources management system is lagging behind;the company does not really develop a benign corporate culture.Based on these deficiencies and causes analysis of human resources management,combining the theory of equity,demand theory and two-factor theory,the three theories are combined horizontally and vertically.After the first psychological demand,whether the results are satisfied or not is finally fair and just,a further improvement is proposed.The specific goals,principles,and specific measures of the real estate incentive mechanism are improved in many aspects such as the wage system,multi-channel welfare system,optimization of the corporate environment,and the construction of corporate culture.The aim is to achieve that employees at different levels can be motivated and motivated according to incentive mechanisms.Both can feel the effect of fairness and respect and their satisfaction in their work.The innovation of this paper lies in the processing of data,designing a reasonable and effective questionnaire,summarizing the questionnaire data,and conducting targeted interviews with some of the employees according to the questionnaires,and drawing conclusions from investigations.,Analyze the employee's appeals and suggestions,combine with several theories of incentive mechanisms,in-depth excavation of its causes,and based on the reasons combined with relevant theories to develop improved methods.
