Research On Financial Performance Of Kelun Pharmaceutical Industry From The Perspective Of Strategic Transformation

With the continuous development of the world economy,the level of science and technology continues to improve,the aging trend of China’s population increases,the average level of education increases,people’s health awareness increases,and the demand for medical products increases significantly,which has promoted the sustainable development of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises such as Kelun Pharmaceutical.However,for a long time,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has been plagued by problems such as poor innovation capacity and disordered industrial planning,which have led to the intensification of overcapacity and market homogenization competition.In order to solve the above problems,the country has actively promoted medical reform,and the implementation of policies such as "two vote system" and "centralized procurement with volume" has had a certain impact on the original operating system of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.Although the current domestic economic growth rate is slowing down and various industries continue to be weak,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has a strong growth momentum due to the improvement of the domestic people’s consumption ability and the current environment,so it is extremely important to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.Facing the increasingly complex market environment,Kelun Pharmaceutical needs to strengthen its financial management to improve its market competitiveness and maintain its long-term stable development.Based on domestic and foreign literature,combined with relevant theories,this paper first analyzes the general situation of Kelun Pharmaceutical’s industry and its own financial performance status,then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each performance evaluation method,selects the entropy weight method according to the characteristics of each method,constructs the financial performance evaluation system from five levels of performance indicators such as profit,debt repayment,operation and cash flow,and calculates the weight of each level of indicators.Through the horizontal and vertical perspectives,the impact of various indicators on the financial performance of Kelun Pharmaceutical was analyzed,and the financial performance level of Kelun Pharmaceutical was positioned.It was found that Kelun Pharmaceutical had problems in capital management such as unreasonable operating expense structure,unreasonable debt structure,and unreasonable inventory turnover.Finally,according to the above problems,we put forward relevant suggestions:optimize the structure of operating expenses,reduce the debt ratio of enterprises,and improve the conversion rate of research results;Improve financing methods,increase financing channels and balance debt structure;Improve the inventory turnover efficiency,adjust the procurement cycle,and reduce the proportion of raw materials.It is hoped that it can provide help for the financial management of Kolun Pharmaceutical and provide inspiration for the financial management of other enterprises in the transformation period of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
