Research On The Development Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Gutian County

General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward the implementation of the strategy for rural rejuvenation in the Party's Nineteenth National Congress report,which is of great significance to achieving the goal of"two hundred years" and achieving common prosperity for all people.The realization of the revitalization of the countryside and the escape from poverty are the preconditions.This is also the very concern of General Secretary Xi Jinping.Industrial poverty alleviation as a long-term and fundamental poverty alleviation method has an important role in stimulating the endogenous motive force of the development of rural households,mobilizing the production enthusiasm of rural households,and blocking the causes of poverty,and can promote the coordinated development of poor people and poverty-stricken areas.Gutian County is the hometown of edible fungi in China.The development of characteristic industries has driven a township,a village,and a family to be seen everywhere in Gutian County's industrial poverty alleviation.However,no scholars have conducted in-depth studies to understand the industrial poverty alleviation mechanism.Insufficient,lack of local experience is summarized,so this article takes Gutian County,a representative of industrial poverty alleviation as the research object,to enrich relevant research and promote the effective development of Gutian County industrial poverty alleviation and development work.This article first collects and summarizes the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this article;then it analyzes and studies the status quo of industrial poverty alleviation in Gutian County;and finally,it analyzes the effects of industrial poverty alleviation policies based on the Probit model.The influencing factors provide reasonable and scientific countermeasures for the development of industrial poverty alleviation in Gutian County.The research of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the study,analyzes domestic and foreign literature on poverty alleviation,and puts forward the main research contents,research ideas,research methods and The technical line of the study also points out possible innovations and deficiencies of the study.The second chapter is the analysis and study of the basic situation and poverty status of Gutian County.The third chapter analyzes the development status and problems of industrial poverty alleviation in Gutian County.The fourth chapter uses survey data to empirically analyze the influencing factors of Gutian County's industrial poverty alleviation policy.The fifth chapter is the related development strategy and policy recommendations.The sixth chapter is the conclusions and problems to be further explored.The results of the study indicate that Gutian County's industrial poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results.However,in the process of development,there are still inadequacy of policy implementation,limited investment in poverty alleviation,slow progress of projects,low efficiency of industrial poverty alleviation,lack of help-the-poor workers,and leading enterprises.The prominent problems of limited ability to drive,too narrow and short industrial chain,and peasants' quality and ideas need to be improved.At the same time,the Probit model was used to empirically demonstrate that the proportion of family labor in the household population has a positive impact on farmer satisfaction,and it is significant at the level of 10%;land transfer has a positive effect on farmer satisfaction,and it is at 1%.The level is significant;farmer cooperative organizations,working with leading companies have a positive impact on farmers' satisfaction,and they are significant at the 1%level.
