Study On The Effect Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Policy In Yanchi County Of Ningxia

As an important means of participating in poverty alleviation at the present stage,financial poverty alleviation has been paid much attention in recent years.The model of financial poverty alleviation in Yanchi county has been widely propagate and popularized as a typical model of financial poverty alleviation.This paper makes a more in-depth analysis on the model of finance poverty alleviation in Yanchi county by using the theory of economics and the actual implementation effect.To provide theoretical support for its promotion.This paper first analyzes the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Yanchi county,combs the development process of the model of financial poverty alleviation in Yanchi County,and analyses the connotation of the model of financial poverty alleviation in Yanchi county,which is "credit+ industry",and analyses the meaning and effect of credit and industry as well as the influence of Finance on the development of industry from the economic perspective.Secondly,the paper theoretically analyzes the effect of financial poverty alleviation from two aspects:credit and industry.It is found that the loan funds obtained through credit are usually used in productive expenditure and living expenditure.Whatever use of funds can increase the income level of farmers,realize the goal of maximizing the utility of households to achieve the effect of reducing poverty,and promote the integration of agriculture through vigorously developing the local characteristic industry.The development can not only help farmers find the way to get rich from poverty,but also stimulate the potential of farmers' production,and provide the motive force for the sustainable development of poor farmers and poverty-stricken areas.Then,this paper takes the implementation effect of the Yanchi county Mutual Aid Society as an example to study the relief of capital demand,poverty aim,the sustainability of the mutual aid society and the income of the farmers.Finally,the replicability and promotion path of the financial poverty alleviation model in Yanchi county are analyzed,and the safeguard measures are put forward.
