The Application Research Of Big Data In TC Enterprise Management

With the rapid development of computer and network,the emergence of big data and technology made a great impact on the development of modern society and business.The powerful analysis and discernment ability of big data and the analysis of massive target data can "Apperceive" the real rules behind the data,so as to guide us to make decisions more quickly and accurately.Based on the analysis of language education and training courses of current TC enterprise designed unreasonable or personalized not ideally,teachers' teaching quality differentiated or low teaching quality and poor teaching management efficiency and birth rate decreased due to the decrease in the number of customers based on big data,based on the theory and methods used in language education and training in the field,now introduced the concept of big data and technology to solve the TC enterprise in the four aspects of the problem.The rapid increase of language education and training enterprises under the Internet has intensified the fierce competition among the language education and training enterprises.In order to improve the survival and operation of TC enterprises,enterprises should seize the opportunity to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise through the collection,analysis and mining of big data.This article elaborated big data analysis in language education and training in the TC enterprises through the research and application of big data which provided data support for the decision-making of the enterprise.It subdivided the contents of language training products by big data theory and method,ensure the product differentiation to precisely capture the user market and improve the competitiveness of enterprises aiming to achieve the formation of product data system in long-term developmentin in terms of language education and training of enterprise;Also it pointed out the direction for the other kind of language education and training of the enterprise.
